WHAT IS LIFE COACHING?
Coaching involves deep conversation with powerful questions designed to challenge your beliefs and perspectives so you can learn about yourself.
I guide you with practices to shift your mindset and create new thought patterns. Much of the work done by trained life coaches is based in positive psychology, neuroplasticity and sociology.
COACHING VS THERAPY
Traditional therapy focuses on your past in an attempt to heal you.
Coaching accepts you in the present as a naturally creative, resourceful and whole person and then works with you towards the future you want.
I have worked with many clients who are also working with a therapist.
