9D Breath-work is Literally Sensational

I got to experience the Stress and Anxiety Reduction class and it was all I hoped for.

I left feeling empowered by my breath, which is kind of a big deal.


I’m not “good at meditating”, (even though I do it often) but this process was easy as laying down and putting on headphones. It felt private and personal so I could really focus on my Self.


Through the headphones, the sounds seem to circle around my head and in different layers of my mind. Honestly, it was a lot to take in at first and I was glad to be laying down to process all the stimulation. As I settled in it was genuinely fascinating to listen to the instructions and background sounds. It helped bring my mind back when it inevitably went off track (again, I'm not great at mediating).


I especially loved the guided breathing techniques throughout the session. It wasn't difficult, it was empowering and calming. I've noticed that even days after my 9D session, I

have focused more on my breathe and I feel I can use it as a tool to invite calm and peace.
