How to get more rest?


I feel passionately about incorporating rest and self-care into our daily routines to prevent burnout. I want to help people discover the many ways they can restore their self and make a game plan to get that pep back in their step!

I'm excited to announce a new, in-person worksop Thursday Dec 7th 10:30-11:30am at Balance Wellness in Sherwood Park. It's an opportunity to create new habits to protect your energy levels so you don't become drained by the holidays.


During the one hour workshop you will:

✔️Discover what rest you need and why it’s so important.

✔️Learn strategies to integrate rest into your daily life.

✔️Develop a realistic plan to continuously restore your energy.
