Knowing how you want to feel and why it’s important to you is the first step to creating a life you choose; But equally important is taking action.
That could look like introducing boundaries and saying “no” more often.
That could look like setting goals and doing one new thing a day to progress towards that goal.
The concept is simple but building a mindset where you are confident enough to prioritise what you want without the guilt takes work!
